Cancellation policies

Booking, Modification, Cancellation, and Payment Policy

 Booking Policy:    Book cab/taxi service in Ranchi About Ranchi

 

While booking the cab, or using any services offered at https://www.mycar24.co.in

 the following rules apply

  • A booking can be done for a maximum of 180 days before the trip start date. On the other hand, a booking can be done for a minimum of 3 hours before the trip start time Booking can be done through our website at https://www.mycar24.co.in, calling us at +918655558104
  • To confirm the online cab bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer. The advance amount is based on the trip estimated cost and will be adjusted against the final amount payable at the end of the trip.
  • For every confirmed booking, a car will be allotted at least 8 hours before the trip (2 hours for outstation One-Way). The customer will get an email and/or sms confirmation with the car and driver details after the allotment.
  • Customer should carry a printout of the booking voucher or the booking confirmations SMS for identification.

Note:

  • In case of vehicle accident/break-down the company will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking stands cancelled. The customer will have to wait as much time as the company will take to find another vehicle.  If the customer does not wait, his advance payment amount will not be refunded.MYCAR24 RENT A CAR Service doesn't take any guarantees of any kind while you book the cabs, and any material or immaterial loss due to usage of MY CAR24 RENT A CAR shall not be subject to any compensation.
  • In case of no-show by the customer, or no intimation about change of time/date of booking, the booking advance amount will be fully forfeited. In case the customer advance is less than 500 Rs, the company reserves the right to ask for more money to cover losses due to no show/cancellations.
  • In case of a no-show by the driver for a scheduled departure, the company will provide an immediate replacement with a similar car and in case we cannot find a replacement, a full refund of the advance amount will be done.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy : You may cancel or change your booking any time by using online link / phone / email up-to 24 hours prior to pickup date and time.

In event of cancellation within 24 hours of pick-up time  you cancell the booking less than 24 hrs before the pickup time, 15% of the Fare amount shall be applicable as cancellation charges and rest amount will be refunded. If you cancell your booking less than 4 hrs before the pickup time, No refund shall be applicable. In case your booking is made one hour or two before and it is canceled from your side, then in this case no amount will be refunded.

Note: Other Service Like Hotel , Flight , Chopper , Char Dham Yatra Cancellation/Postpone policy may be different than the above- You may have to follow the policy of Hotel, Aviation, Char Dham Yatra Policy Instead of above cancellation/postpone policy. Kindly confirm the cancellation policy of these before booking.

 Refunds Policy
